Topic: ACNH Switch damaged

Hey y’all, I just inboxed my ACNH special edition switch and the dock has the light black scuffs on the front. I’ve tried using rubbing alcohol and cleaning wipes to no avail. Does anyone know a solution to get rid of these marks? Or if Nintendo would somehow replace the dock? Or a store with the ACNH switch still in stock that I could purchase if I return this one?

I don't know about the scuffs. That's a crummy situation. Nintendo is pretty hardcore about quality control. But obviously, your dock is scuffed. You sure you're the first person to open it? My first instinct is to return it for another. But I don't know how limited those are. Don't let an employee say you can't return it. I'd ask for the manager.

Thanks for the reply! It was a pre-order from Gamestop that was shipped to my home. I'm hopeful I can get Nintendo customer service to do something or that Gamestop so.ehow has a spare console I could exchange this one for. Thanks for your advice though, it's very appreciated.

The Story is odd here. They will have to verify the problem at GameStop.
