Hello,

Since i updated my switch 2 to 20.5.0, the two times I used it in portable mode and charged it after it charged to 100% although I have the limit set to 90%...the only thing that changed is that I charged it at 40% wethereas usually I wait untill it reaches 12%roughly.
Apart from that everthing is normal.

Anyone else has this happened to him?I read that this can be normal, but two in a row feels strange.
thanks

You can fix battery display issues by launching maintenance mode, then exiting. Cant remember how. Think you hold volume - and + and Power for 10 seconds when system is powered off. Then just exit and it should be fixed.

Nintendo's website says "To accurately calibrate battery level display, the battery may occasionally charge to 100% even when this feature is set to "On" (frequency varies depending on usage)." That might be what's happening here.

@maelis It is a known issue that system updates can mess up the battery % display.

If resetting the battery with maintenance mode doesn't solve it, maybe try the switch 1's directions for the same issue, which is doing cycles of fully charging and fully discharging. Otherwise, I'll suspect you need a new battery, but that's just my guess.
