Hello good people,
I have been suffering with this issue for quite sometime. Everytime I attempt to access the eShop on my Wii U I get that error code and cannot access the eShop. I connect via LAN direct connection. And the internet connection is great on the Wii U when I tested and access the browser or do an update. The only issue I have is accessing the eShop. Fortunately when I connect to my brother wireless router I do not have this issue. Only with my router. I tried to connect via WiFi and LAN same issue. I have contacted Nintendo but they were no help at all and gave vague and pointless directions to fix my issue which I followed and it did absolutely nothing to fix my issue. I ask for all of you good people please help ^^
