Hello all! Please help! I initially started with the blinking red light, took 10-20 tries to get a game to start up, etc.
Did the usual cleaning of the contacts of the system and the cartridge, it didn’t help.
Then I upped my game to boiling the 72 pin connector. While it did return the system to a tight grip, games were still not playing. I managed to get a game to start up ONCE out of 100 tries.
So I went ahead and disabled the lockout chip. Now I have a black static screen that’s the same whether a game is in or not, pressed down or not, it doesn’t change the screen.
