I think I'm going to change a little on here (for the better)

I'm a huge retro gaming fan I've rarely shown that, I'm going to start posting regularly in the retro thread.

I like making things and always forget to post them, I'm going to start posting them more often.

I talk too much about my problems, I'm going to stop.

I'm going to try and stop buying video games to save up for a camera, so I'm going to only post in the threads that are about new upcoming games if I actually have something to say about them or are buying them.

I started up majoras mask again ( using the restoration mod on 3ds) and the semi hopping is way better than in the base 3ds version. I don’t know if I can go back to the original 3ds version.

@Eagly That movie came out on my birthday while I was a huge Lego fan. To say I'm a fan of the movie is a understatement.

Does anyone here play the card game Skull King? Most card games I don’t really like, but this one is really fun. My family has got to the point where we place bets on the game( just like candy bars and stuff like that).

Hey, the game on the right in the first image, the one with the CERO A rating... I think that's the game that inspired Yuzu The Pet Vet.

Nevermind, just Googled it, 3ds is region locked. That sucks cause it's my only Nintendo console and I was hoping it could play Japanese rhythm games, but I guess not. Guess I'll stick to "osu! lazer" and "Muse Dash"

@Eagly My brother has never dealt with a 3ds, so I'll borrow his tool kit and jailbreak it myself. I'm his little sister, he's taught me enough about tech to know how to not fry the motherboard. Time to go watch 300 YouTube videos on how to jailbreak my 3ds.

Oh, it was Wan Nyan Pet Shop 3DS.
The game was developed by Nippon Columbia.
Also, that developer made similar games on Switch and some of them got localized by Aksys.

@Anti-Matter Yup! That's the game that inspired Yuzu The Pet Vet! I recommend you read it sometime, it's really cute, but sad because an animal dies, like, every chapter.

@Anti-Matter Also, I sadly don't have a Switch, and @Eagly told me if I wanna play th game, just jailbreak my 3ds! So I'll take his advice when I get the time. I'm good with computers, this'll be easy.

@Eagly My account isn't important, and I can always pirate the games, it takes two seconds to download to ROM for any game I want, as long as I'm careful not to download a virus. And I have a friend who knows how not to get a virus.

You don’t need to open up the system at all to jailbreak one. You can do it all through the ds card.

@Eagly Doesn't matter, both are 100% fine in my head. Nintnedo's the one who had teh bright idea to remove to eshop, leaving us with no choice but to pirate. And they're also the bright people who decided that region locking was a good idea, leaving us to hack our system or spend 1000 USD on getting a system imported from the country you wanna play games from.

@blindsquarel Even better. If I just gotta mess with the sd card (Or the ds card, can't tell if you made a typo or not) than it'll be harder to brick my system, cause I can just buy a new SD card and copy my info to that one and jailbreak that one instead of my main one, making SURE that I don't jailbreak my system.

Oh, yay, my mom's complaining about the flight or fight reactions that she knows that I can't control again! Like, seriously, you know I have a fair chance of accidentally hitting you, but no, she just HAS to do it anyways so that she can complain about it. You can't convince me that she doesn't do it just to get a reaction out of me. Because it's understandable if you do it one or two times forgetting that I'll have a reaction that I can't control. But she does it all. The. Time. And then yells at me for it, even though she's 100% aware I get fight or flight reactions when I'm touched.

Eh, I have four 3DS XL machines in my collection (2 USA machines: Old and New model, 1 Japan machine and 1 PAL machine) so I get covered from every region I have and I played all my games in original state, no jailbreak, no CFW.
My 3DS games (all region combined) are more than 60 games and I have 5 HORI card case 24 to store all my 3DS and NDS cartridges since all my 3DS and NDS combined are more than 100 games.
Btw, even when the 3DS eshop will get closed on next year, I already have the machines in original state and have downloaded the important updates for the 3DS games I want to play in the future when I can get the original 3DS games from my local game stores or importing from Ebay. I have no interest anymore in jailbreaking games after 9 years I played all my video games in original state.
I will keep that habit since I am games collector.

4??????? Bro, how rich are you???? Also, what's PAL? Is that anything besides Japan and USA? Because I have a friend in Malaysia and thye had a ps2, but I'm fairly certain those are region locked. So is PAL just the things besides USA and Japan?
