Revolution is the new series by created by Eric Kripke (Supernatural) It premiered this week on NBC with the pilot episode. So far it looks good and I cant wait for the next episode hopefully this series will stick around for a few seasons. Anyone else catch it and if so what did you think?

The biggest complaint I had was that they revealed Monroe way to early at least that's how I felt. Other than that I thought it was good. Not sure how many viewers it had but I think it will do pretty good.

Honestly I was under the impression that the trek to Chicago wouldn't have been so fast. I was under the impression that would have been at least five episoides and on the way there fleshing out the universe a bit more.
The reveal at end was kind of lame as well. Not sure what I was expecting but the way the pendent work seems too magical too me.

Yep I agree to I thought the trek was going to be longer too like for most of the season and they would run into problems in other towns as such on their way to Chicago. From what I gathered they were in New York (I could be wrong but thats what I thought) and if that was the case they could have easily done a trek from NY to Chicago for a few episodes.
As for the pendant my theory is what made everything turn off is some kind of gigantic EMP device that is itself shielded from the effects. As a backup these lockets were created out of the same material I guess you would say that shields the EMP device so that way if it went out of control there would be a way to turn it off or at least control it via the program her father downloaded moments before the blackout. But than again thats my theory.
