Even though it's not this Saturday's episode, thought I'd get everypony's thoughts on something. After next Saturday's episode is finished, what do you think Rainbow Dash's pet is going to be? Wonder if we're going to get a plot twist where it's a certain griffon friend of hers, whose personality is a word that rhymes with "witch"? My guess is it would have to be some kind of bird. Wonder how speedy Owlowiscious is in a race? LOL
A return of Owlowiscious in any fashion would be great.
But maybe they'll go in the completely opposite direction and have her pet be like a snail or a slow little turtle that has to ride on her back. Wearing racing goggles and a little scarf. =D
I could see a tortoise and the hare scenario, where Rainbow dash learns speed isn't the most important thing in Equestria. I love the idea of a pet turtle hanging on to dear life, as Rainbow dash pulls off a sonic rainboom.
I hadn't thought of the ironic possibility of Rainbow Dash's pet being a slow poke (like me, LOL), and teaching her a lesson that would give her material for a letter to Princess Celestia! MLP:FiM has made everypony so wise! If everypony would watch the show and learn it's lessons, humanity could enter a new golden age of enlightenment! @the_shpydar The New Rainbow Dash, Spike, doesn't have a pet. Owlowiscious could be his pet! Except I think he's more interested in Rarity being his pet (or vice versa). @Wildvine53 I can totally see that scenario! Be funny to see an extra streak of green in the rainbow, representing the turtle, LOL! Seriously, a turtle is going to need a jetpack or other cheating mechanism, however. And RD couldn't exactly say anything, since she's "bent the rules", like in her competition with Applejack! @LiquidVolt Can totally see that too! Rainbow Dash's reward to the turtle for becoming her pet being some honorary wings, that Twilight Sparkle could use a little magic to infuse with life, enabling it to fly! I can hear the Brony community now: "Mushroom Kingdom in Equestria is canon!" Could result in interesting fanfics!

Season Two Episode 5: Sisterhooves Social Air Date: November 5, 2011 Synopsis: Sweetie Belle is upset when her sister Rarity refuses to participate in a rough and tumble celebration of sisterly unity.
Here's some info on episode 6! It's a Cutie Mark Crusaders episode! Season 2 Episode 6: The Cutie Pox Air Date: November 12, 2011 Synopsis: Applebloom finally gets her Cutie Mark! But joy turns to panic as she gets a second, then a third, then a dozen cutie marks.
This episode sounds epic, and I can't wait to see how they resolve this issue.

Episode 10? Season 2, Episode 10: Secret of my Excess Air Date: December 10, 2011 Synopsis: Spike gets greedy on his birthday and has a huge growth spurt that could decimate Ponyville.
I cannot believe they made a Big Lewboski reference. They even put in The Jesus! At around 13 minutes (a bit later) There is a filly version of Derpy hooves And during the 18th minute, AppleJack's hat disappears, then suddenly reappears.
Rainbow Dash is going to get some serious hate from Twilight in the next episode though. I'd bet a lot that she's going to writing a pretty long letter to Princess Celestia
EDIT: I just found out I can watch MLP FiM in Canada on Treehouse, though, they air their episodes late.
Seeing the John Goodman pony was when I went OMG! The Dude, The Jesus, Walter, and Donnie in one episode! Almost makes up for no Fluttershy for a second straight week. WHERE IS MAI FLUTTERSHY??? Obviously she's not a golfer. Too bad we didn't get to hear Walter tell Donnie to shut the BLEEP up, hee hee! If it wasn't before, MLP: FiM is now confirmed as a guy show. The Dude abides!!! note No rugs were peed on in the filming of this episode.
So, everypony, one more thing: What other movie cameos would you like to see? We HAVE TO get Dalton from "Road House" eventually! And the "Tombstone" version of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday & Co.!
I see everypony and their brother with a Backloggery, so I'm getting back to mine that I've had for years! And it is now The Flutterloggery, yay! btw, after Spike's reaction to Twilight Sparkle's mane the other day, is it Rarity he's hot for? Or does he have a mane fetish?
It seems like this show references a lot of movies that either came out before I was out of watching G rated cartoons or I just never got to watch, like Star Wars. What's up with that?
