The one and ONLY bad thing about the new season. I got seriously spoiled getting to watch all of season one, ponies day and night 24/7 at the same time. To get only one episode a week now will be OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just subscribed to the Cox Cable package that contains The Hub. So, this Saturday IT'S PONY TIME, BLEEP! Plus now I can record season 1 episodes, since they haven't put it on DVD/Blu-ray yet (grumble, grumble).
@thesignpainter Geez Louise! That pony looks like it would qualify as an endgame boss in a Final Fantasy game! Or a ridiculously overpowered optional bonus boss, like Omega Weapon, Shinryu, Emerald Weapon, etc. They ever meet it, I hope the ponies bring their "A game". Twilight Sparkle spamming "Meteor", Fluttershy summoning Bahamut, Knights of the Round, etc. Or Pinkie Pie one-hit killing it with Raging Demon. Yeah, I'm mixing game franchises now. So sue me, LOL.
Looks like Dr. Wily has finally figured out how to defeat Mega Man once and for all. Look at this and tell me Megs isn't in deep, well, you know. Kind of like certain pizza-eating turtles who would face the Mane Six and wind up shell shocked!

Here's something everypony might want to listen to: An Equestria Daily audio interview with the show's supervising director and showrunner, Jayson Thiessen. 72 minutes of show discussion with The Man! I've still got 25 minutes left to go and it's there's been some great stuff. Gushing praise back and forth at some points, but it's deserved for both parties! Naturally, lots of talk of ponies, talk of going into Equestria's history in season 2, putting the mane six in great danger (and they better not get hurt or somepony's going to DIE a slow and painful death!!!), and so forth. No spoilers that I've come across yet, to those with reservations about listening.
So much win here. You know there is when a verbal comparison is made between Cloudsdale and Cloud City (I guess kinda obvious, but still). I can just see some of the MLP/Empire Strikes Back fanfics to come out of this! Cloudsdale run by Lando Cowrissian. Lando's one quote to Leia in Empire would've worked so well for the "Sonic Rainboom" episode in addressing Rarity. "You look absolutely beautiful. You truly belong here with us among the clouds." And as full of herself as Rarity was with her wings Twilight made her, she would've responded more favorably than Leia, LOL. Whatever they would do in a fanfic, they better not carbon freeze Fluttershy. Twilight handled being turned to stone by the cockatrice fine, so use her. This is all so easy to imagine after seeing the Rarity Jedi pic too!
Got sidetracked a bit. Back to the interview, this Jayson guy is a gamer! Mentions how much he likes 8 bit pony fan music, as well as Game Boy! Sounds very Brony-like, so I think the show is in great hands! Now to see how much more win is in the other 25 minutes...

Season 2 almost here!!!!!!!!! I don't even watch the show...I just heard some kids talking about it at school today
Is MLP good? Like, no joke, I'm not trying to be sracastic right nowI was up there ^ But seriously, like...what's it about?
"What's it about?" is a pretty hard question to answer. In general, it's about nothing. Kind of a slice 'o life sort of thing. Each episode has it's own story that wraps up in the end. Kind of like your average sitcom. It is a very entertaining show though. The characters are likable and the animation is great to look at. Some of the jokes are pretty smart to. All you have to do is watch 3 or 4 episodes with an open mind, and you'll probably like what you see. Let us know what you think!
...On a completely unrelated note for everyone else, my girlfriend got me a MLP calender, and it's hanging up proudly on my wall as I type this.
