The Jose. Anyone from Minneapolis area might be familiar with Al's Breakfast and its spectacular Jose.
Hashbrowns covered with two poached eggs, some rather spicy salsa, and doused with cheese. Served with a side of bread. And of course I always order bacon along with it.
