I don't know what you mean by social satire. 🤷♀️ My cousin's I grew up with on my mom's side are: gen x, millennial's, & Gen z. I also saw some of references to 1960's & 1970's barbies.
I was born at the end of 1987. I'm 35. I also know Jem & the holograms & sailor moon. My older cousins (gen x) had me watch jem & the holograms with them as a little kid. As for sailor moon I'm vaguely familiar with it. I only saw 5 mins of one episode of it with my cousin who's 4 years younger than me & was a sailor moon fanatic at the time in the 90's. I was confused by it just remember seeing a dude in a suit with a red rose in his mouth & 4 girls named after planets. Other than that couldn't tell you much about the cartoon. Went home from my cousin's house to see if I could watch it on tv & never saw it again. I assumed it was ending on cartoon network at the time. 🤷♀️ My cousin's also had PJ Sparkles & Baby Sparkles long before I got Starbrite Sparkles in 1991~ 🤷♀️ They also had Jem & the holograms doll's to me looked like barbie doll's in shape & size at least.

I like all sorts tbh as long as it's about fashion.

I also really enjoy Style Savvy as well but wasn't a fan of the original nintendo ds game not sure why but liked all the style savvy games on 3ds maybe it was the graphics not sure. 🤷♀️

That part is definitely fun. I actually did do some modeling irl in the early 90's as a toddler model did a few photo shoots between the ages of 2 & 3. I didn't do it for real long not sure why. 🤷♀️

I like the Imagine series I loved there Imagine Baby Fashion nintendo ds game, Imagine Fashion Designer 3ds, Imagine Fashion Life 3ds.

The social influenced aspect from Fashion Dreamer kinda remind me from JS Girls which you have to choose the right pose and fashion choices to be published and gained some feedbacks.
If I see the posing challenge from Fashion Dreamer, I will assume the gameplay will be like Nicola Kanshuu style which emphasizes on posing challenge.
It's like a combination of Style Savvy & Neko Tomo combined~ 💖 If it doesn't come to the American eshop I'm definitely importing a copy to play~ 💖 That's literally the best of both worlds~ 😻🤣🤷♀️✌️
