Anyways, that's all I can think of for now. I reached out to my childhood friend and he's my only hope for staying alive right now. He might be able to help and he knows that I'm alone and he still accepts me. My only worry is if he finds out what I'm going through. I don't think I can tell him.

I'd normally wouldn't tell anybody (I'm very ashamed of my mental stability), but I might tell him one day. It's just that since I haven't seen or talked to him in so many years, I'd feel like I might make myself seem like a downer in front of him, which is something I don't want him to see me as. You should probably edit the name in the quote to mine.
