Topic: Nintendolife Appreciation Thread

During these hard times, anything that can lift peoples spirits and raise morale is so important. There are countless people who are stuck at home across the world. Having a way of talking and engaging about our favourite hobby is more important than ever. This website has a community that understands and knows what is going on in the world but the escapism of games and reading your articles is helping me (and I'm sure many others) massively. I wanted to start this topic as a way of saying thank you.

To all the Nintendolife staff and creators, who make interesting and informative articles and videos for us all to read and give feedback to. Also the folks behind the scenes keeping the site running smoothly. I'm sure many of you are able to work from home and keep yourselves safe but you should know that you are helping a lot of people get through this.

Also to other users of the site, without the constant exchange of ideas and difference of opinion the world would be an incredibly boring place. I can also hold a few of you responsible some of the best games I have after your recommendations.

Yes good idea. Thanks NL. I'm rather enjoying this content than the doom n gloom articles talking about the virus on the the news sites. So this is very welcoming to be able to come here and chat about a favorite hobby of mine, read articles about a favorite hobby of mine, and overall just enjoy myself with everything thats going on. So again, thank you.

Thank you Nintendolife staffs for trusting me and gave me second chance to be here after i have ever get banned 😅
I have changed a lot before and after i got PS4 slim. Since now, my games collection has been expanded with both Nintendo and Sony games.

I love me some nintendolife. It's easily the game site I visit most.

Far and away the most frequently visited gaming site for me, not only because of the excellent features and the knee-jerk reaction timing of the news articles, but the forums too. It’s rare to have a community so void of toxicity so I’m very glad to be a part of it!

I visit this game site the most and is the first gaming site (If not only) were I talked to people and made friends on, I love it here.

Great initiative! I have been here since the switch launch give it or take and I cannot be a day without checking the news and forum debates. The website had some ups and downs in that time but I can easily say It is getting better and better at the moment. Congrats to @nintendolife and you can be sure it is appreciated.

P.s: I will be honest here and say I miss some of the trolls from Switch's early days though

I'm an ancient being who's been on and off this site a whole ton over the last decade. First found it whilst looking for a friendly Nintendo community after the UK's ONM sailed off into the sunset and its forums with it, and this place was just what I was looking for. I've had a few grumbles over the years but right now you guys are killing it on the journo front, and you've managed to keep a pretty chill and friendly community going here too. Seems like an increasingly rare thing online these days.
