Looking forward to a new Nintendo Direct. Haven't had one for a while (no, I don't count ones solely devoted to Pokémon or Smash Bros., because I care not for either of those things).

Even if its not this week I'm sure there will be a direct at some point this month to go over the new models for america and Europe and to date SSB Wii u and captain toad.

I have a feeling that the new models may be saved for a later Direct if they're not coming here until sometime in 2015.

One thing that needs to happen though is an amiibo Direct.

Any direct happening this month would be about the current line up of games and giving dates on them and Ambiio. Remember coming soon we have

The New 3DS would most likely be left to a reveal in December/January where Nintendo typically has a direct outlining the release road map and Major games till E3.

Exactly. If Nintendo's announce the new 3DS before the end of this year it'd kill their holiday sales!
