So last Friday i should've received my Pokemon Omega Ruby steel book and primal groudon figurine from Nintendo. However when i did not i contacted them and they insist that it has been delivered but only because it was supposed to come with another item which thankfully did come. Anyways the question i want to ask is has anyone here managed to get round Nintendos awful customer service and get results with a problem like the one i have.

This is probably the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately im not in the US so i cant use that number to help me.
