Topic: Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder Crashing?

For those unaware, there are spotpass challenges in the game that allow players to submit a Nostaljunk (treasure from the game acquired by snapping photos of objects) to be nominated for top nostaljunk by Nintendo. After the nominees are announced, players have to vote for the one they think is the best within a certain amount of time before the poll closes. After some time, the results are announced and players can go check out who won top nostaljunk. Being the fourth spotpass challenge, some players went to check the Chibi-PC only to be met with a black screen before the game crashes and force-resets the system. The Chibi-PC can't be accessed at all for players who experience this which means that the game is bricked since you can't really do anything but check on the exhibits without it. Has anyone tried contacting Nintendo, and if so, did they mention if there would be work on any sort of patch to fix the game? So far, the only thing I've heard that might work is deleting the game without a save data backup, redownload, and keep spotpass off for the game. I have no idea whether this actually works or not so try it at your own risk!
