If it's a sales success: Rovio will announce that AB is a "legit" game, that's able to compete head on in the retail arena.
If it's a sales flop: Rovio will spin it, using it to try and proove that people don't want to pay retail prices for a "quality" gaming experience.
I personally think the games should have been released on eShop for $1.99 each, or $8-$10 together. I don't think they're releasing this retail due to some lapse in judgement (no one can be that stupid), I honestly think there has to be some other motive at work.

I think this should be moved to the 3DS section of the forums because this is no longer an eShop game. Anyways $30 is too much, I'll pick it up when it's on sale or in the bargain bins. I will get the 3DS and PS3 versions, but only at a cheap price.
