@kerorogunso there are several places that match that description... If you go to the Couriway Hotel, behind the guy who sells Fresh Water, it's at the foot of one of the tiny (as in TINY; you could step across them) waterfalls. it may look like water spray, but it's a Mega Stone.

are you sure it is not just invisible because the waterfall hides it? check the places with the A button to make SURE nothing is there. also, try setting your clock back to 8:00 and double-checking the requirements for being able to find the stones. are you missing a step?
