Topic: 2016 Nintendo Directs Discussion - September 1st 3DS Direct Confirmed!

@arronishere: Also there's no way Nintendo would completely ignore their remaining 2015 games in this Direct. Xenoblade X, Mario Tennis Ultra Smash and Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival has got to be part of it.

Cant help but feel like people are set their expecations sky high only to be dissapointed. So Im going to set my expectations low for this direct. The only thing Im hoping for is a NA release date for the new Fire Emblem.

Earlier than I thought...then again they did say they still had some games coming out this year they haven't announced yet. So....crosses fingers for Rhythm Heaven Remix, and MHX even though it won't come out this year, lol

I just want the results of the Smash Ballot.

That too, even though my characters aren't making it in at this point. T.T Was hoping Sakurai would also look at the least popular votes as well.

@GamecubeMan: I'm wondering whether it's 1 or 2 releases in Europe. Will it be like Japan where you play the introductory chapters and then choice your path and become locked in that one, like the US where there's 2 distinct releases or like the Japan special edition where both paths are available to choose at any point without buying DLC.

Well...looks like we get some Zelda U details this year after all ^^

-More Wii games for Wii U eShop
-TP HD confirmed
-Release dates for SF Zero, Paper Jam NA, FE Fates, etc
-RH 3DS localization
-Black standard New 3DS for NA.
-Kirby remake for 3DS

I actually predicted that the next Direct was gonna be tommorrow, but I didn't want to put it down here because there was always the chance I was wrong. And yes, I was still wrong. X(
Wow, after a disappointing previous day, today's shaping to be a great one. Let's just hope Nintendo pulls through on Thursday!

I don't think we will know the results of the Smash Ballot, they will just say certain characters were mentioned a lot so they will make them DLC. I don't think we will see a list of the top votes, as most of them probably will not make it into the game.

@Octane: I think Kimishima's going to be the main host, but the host will be shifting between him and other Nintendo execs like Reggie and Trinen.
And about your bingo table... is the "Please Understand" meant as a tribute to Iwata? Because I was just going to point out how the table doesn't have an Iwata tribute.
