I hope the UK direct actually functions this time.

I hope that if we do get more Virtual Console stuff, we also hear about how those games will be tied to our Nintendo Accounts real soon.

I was pleasantly surprised. Most of the stuff wasn't my cup of tea, but they really did manage to pack the direct with lots of games and some nice surprises. Even with the leak that turned out to be accurate. Good for Nintendo.

I do admit the Kirby game looks pretty awesome.

I think we're set for another year of 3DS goodness, wich IMO means the NX won't launch until next year.

I actually really enjoyed the Direct. It was pretty cool.

Monster Hunter and Rhythm Heaven, I'm good. lol

Sadly, Lost Reavers just isn't looking better than when they first showed it. Even saw Framerate issues in the video they showed. Super excited about Star Fox, wondering what the Falco amiibo will do

@Freeon-Leon: the nx HANDHELD won't launch this year. Hone console on the other hand.

I think the direct had a bit of news for everyone! I'm personally happy for Genei Ibun Roku (now Tokyo Mirage Session), Paper Mario and the new Kirby game.
No news about Zelda U was a bit dissapointing, though...

At least Star Fox was talked about. Yay for that! And Grippy. (I need him as my avatar lol)
Good Direct, but that's what it is. I enjoyed the last one more than this, to be honest.

@Vee_Flames I thought Splatoon content was done so I'm happy for that. Star Fox not delayed is also great!

I enjoyed it overall, but yeah there wasn't anything major. (I did get spoiled by some of that leak though)

Anyway it looks like Hyrule Warriors is still my main game until late May (both the Wii U and 3DS versions).

SNES games being exclusive to the new 3ds was very surprising...maybe super mario RPG on 3ds VC soon???

The whole SNES games being on the new 3DS is very disappointing for these reasons:

a) Stuff I've bought on my PSP is playable on multiple different devices. Cool!
b) Stuff I've bought on my iPad is playable on my iPhone, hooray!
c) Stuff I've bought on my 3DS? Out of luck ... 😔

I must say, I do like the look of the new Kirby mecha-robot game, and knowing that Rhythm Paradise Megamix is coming out this summer is brilliant news too!

On the other hand, Paper Mario Colour Splash (or Sticker Star 2 as it should be called) is terrible news. When will Nintendo learn and go back the series roots by making a Paper Mario RPG again?

All in all, it wasn't a bad Nintendo Direct however, seeing that new Paper Mario game made me groan out loud. Star Fox Zero doesn't look any better or worse since we last saw it too.

So all three leaks were legit. Awesome! Glad the new Kirby game wasn't leaked - needed at least one surprise!

Legends getting more content than the Wii U version and having to buy it to get extra characters for a different console doesn't sit right with me.

How is that Paper Mario game dissapointing? We barely know stuff about it.
