I have never had an issue with the wired connection, but I now have a significant speed increase on the Switch 2 since it's release.
I am on a 1000Mbps download and 200Mbps upload fibre connection, my Switch 2 is connected to a Netgear Orbi satellite.
When the Switch 2 was released, the Speed Test in Settings reported on average 200Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. As of a few weeks ago when I re-tested I now am getting 700+ Mbps download and 135+ Mbps upload.
One of the Switch 2 system updates must have lifted the network port's speed cap.
@Truegamer79 Great post, I agree, the game is great. It will be even better with some of the issues ironed out.
The only problem I have is even when set to 'easy', I still get my butt kicked in the third or fourth rounds. I'd like to see the game's difficulty more adjustable.

Re: Poll: Have You Had Issues With The Ethernet Port On Switch 2's Dock?
@Runex2121 if you end up testing the connection, please let me know. I'd be interested to see if you also have the speed increase.
