I always intended to buy a second Switch for our household of two platonic soulmates that can share many and diverse things, but there are hard and fast limits we have discovered over the years. We shared an island on the GameCube version and it was, shall we say, less than Ideal.
So, when the news that there’d be only one island per Switch came out just when I received my tax refund, I knew what had to be done for peace in our times. And thus, another Switch entered our home and peace reigned once again.
