NES - Ninja Gaiden NES - Double Dragon 1 or 2 SNES - Saturday Night Slam Masters (4 players and no more multitap) Genesis - Vectorman N64 - Goldeneye or Perfect Dark (maybe online if possible) I never owned the pc16 so can't much about it.
One of the best on the Genesis. This has so much originality it's crazy they never came out with a sequel or a more up to date version. To anyone even remotely thinking about it, do it. It's worth every point.
I pop it in for nastalgia reasons but man, this one has not aged well. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy myself playing it, but like Bass X said, SMB 3 and Super Mario World are far better and worth the points. Keep your points and save them for games you'll play more than a week.

Re: Neo Geo coming to the Virtual Console
WOW! They're adding consoles like no tommorrow. This is very good news. Hopefully this comes state-side. I don't doubt that it will eventually.
