First, i'm new here so i would like to apologize for my bad english, it's not my mother-tongue and i don't practice english to often around my place. So please don't be to harsh to me on gramatical faults

I just was wondering, what the difference between "Increased extension Speed" and "Increased expansion rate" is. Perhaps someone, who knows the game and has great english skills, could explain that... for my understanding, it's all the same.
