@Tasuki its not theft of anything! at worse its misconduct which could of been handled through the displinary process! at no point have NINTENDO got the right to tell a company to s***can someone over ANYTHING. Leaking game info isn't a crime, its against the embargo of that time. it happens all the time. so you're right with the whole "employees can't just fire someoe just because' That is called arbitrarily firing someone and NORMALLY anyone who has worked for a place for longer than two years is protected against that anyway.

@eaglebob345 its not "classifed" information, there are no laws being broken at all, its just an embargo which holds NO legal clout! they have ZERO right to demand someone is fired over a leak, gamestop had it within their power to say no. Leaks are going to happen, BOTW2 will be leaked itself a week before release, they always are. the person who leaks the actual game is breaking the law! leaking information and hardware info isn't a crime. therefore we shouldn't be talking about it like it is one.
