Original Article (Thursday, 26th Nov, 12:30pm): UK retailer Zavvi will soon be launching a new and exclusive range of Pokémon clothing.
The collection pays tribute to the series' origins, with designs including fan-favourite characters like Pikachu, Snorlax and Squirtle. There will be 19 different pieces included in the range in total, with t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies all available, as well as an extremely limited set (only 300 pairs in total) of Pikachu trainers.
The range will be going live on Zavvi's site on 30th November (most items will go live at 12pm UK time, while the shoes will go up later at 4pm). We'll update this article with links to the range's products on the day, so make sure to bookmark this page or keep an eye on our homepage – especially if you're after those trainers.

I'm always excited to see official merch ranges. Then always disappointed with the results. I feel like it's always the same few pikachu poses and a few default pokemon slapped over everything, there's never anything artistic or interesting about the designs.
A few of the uniqlo designs were pretty nice, but then those were fan designs. I guess whoever's in charge of pokemon licensing / design isn't really interested in what they're doing.
Meanwhile Pokemon Center designs are constantly teaming up with famuos design companies to create amazing ranges. I'd love to see more of that.
The Snorlax, Charmander and Squirtle shirts are dope. Wish this came to Canada
These look neat, I hope the non-limited stuff finds its way into the US (IIRC Zavvi has a US store) in some fashion.
That said I’m not pleased with shoes being super-limited, especially when it’s only 300 pairs. That kind of nonsense only enforces bot usage.

I like the simplicity of the merch, but a small side of me wishes more was going on
they're nice but l won't be getting them since l already got a pair of expensive shoes this year that were more pricey then those pikachu shoes.
Loving that Bulbasaur jumper and Meowth tshirt. How long will these be available on Zavvi do we know?
