The battle system for the new paper Mario put me off it.
Pfew, just finished Mario + Rabbits. Just in time for my next adventure, Paper Mario! Can't wait!
Hmm... Need Switch Sports, 1080, F-Zero, Mario 64 remake, OoT remake, etc.
Waifu Uncovered has been preloaded since last week so that’s it.
I'm not sure what Tanky Tanks is but now I kinda want to 😄
Was hyped for a new Paper Mario, but... sorry, excessive difficulty in a colourful, fun game I play to relax is a deal breaker.
I have Paper Mario preloaded. I don't know how it'll turn out, but I'm excited to find out.
I just got Color Splash used so I'm gonna hold off on Origami King until I've completed that. I will be getting it though most likely along with Curse of the Moon 2.
Reviews kinda talked me out of Paper Mario. Maybe later on down the road I’ll pick it up. Other than that, nothing for me.
Tanky Tanks... wow.
Already downloaded Paper Mario so all I have to do is wait until tomorrow.
For a moment there, I thought "We should talk." was not a game title and I was so going to pick it! Nintendo, these weeklies are just so weak, no matter whether they're first-party OR third-party/indie! Also,
TANKY KANG
Just Panzer Paladin for me. The battle system in Paper Mario has reversed my decision on buying it.
Nothing for me this week 🤷♂️
Today I’m all about Panzer Paladin and the New Super Mario Bros U that’s arriving in the mail (got it on that 39.99 deal that was going around last week.)
I’m all set for the weekend!
Nothing this week, but I will be picking up the newest Paper Mario down the line.
I ordered a bunch of Xbox One games this week to fill out the collection and because of the sales.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps Collector's Edition
Crackdown 3 with steelbook case
We Happy Few
Past Cure
Shenmue 1 & 2
Batman the enemy within
Metro Exodus
Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice
The Outer Worlds
Devil May Cry 5
Resident Evil 2
I also picked up a Sega Genesis mini console finally. Ghost of Tsushima collector's edition and Paper Mario will be here tomorrow.
I'll definitely be getting Panzer Paladin, I should be finished with Curse of the Moon 2 by then!
Like others have said, the new Paper Mario sounds alright, but I'm not champing at the bit to get it. I'll likely wait and see if it ever goes on sale.
Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus! May double tip on this because I am always a sucker for War hammer and Xcom games. Paper Mario seems interesting but the previous two I played (Super Paper Mario and Sticker Star) went from neat to frustrating. I think Nintendo's mandate for Mario games (most of their franchises actually) is that it needs a new gimmick each new game. For these PM titles its a new battle system each time. I wish they created a Fire emblem x Mario game. That would be a day one, maybe even smash bros x fire emblem to get all the franchises into the action.
I’m gonna grab the classic Kangaroo game from Hamster which i last played at home on the Atari 5200! lol 😂
"perhaps even unlock a convenient one-finger mode."
Hoo, boy!
Panzer Paladin and Waifu Uncovered for the win. The rest, meh.
Weren't there a couple of so-called Zelda clones on their way to Switch? What happened to them?
@DrDaisy
Paper Mario for me.
But on my GameFly list, so even if by luck I get picked to ship tomorrow (🤞) not seeing it till end of next week probably.
I'm not feeling these last 3 Paper Marios. The first director Ryota Kawade, who had the most interesting ideas, left and it shows. I'll just stick with his original trilogy for now.
@BoilerBroJoe @Dualmask @GameOtaku
SWAG.
Once I finishes Ys VIIi, I'll get Paper Mario. I don't know why, I'm pretty sure I'll love it!
The battle system in PM has baffled Critics. Only one way to find out for sure
@Agramonte Thanks. I didn't even know about Windsong. The other game I'm picturing has the main character wearing what looks like a Trojan helmet.
