Following on from the reveal of the latest DLC fighter Min Min, Nintendo has now revealed this week's Spirit Board event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
This time around it's focused on villains - and features characters like Waluigi, Kaptain K. Rool, Lord Fredrik (Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze), and a number of others. When you win, you'll get more gold than usual. Below is a look at some of the spirits up for grabs:

Poor Waluigi
Is Waluigi actually a villain? I thought he's only been in Mario Sports games and such. I've even seen a joke before that he's just some random normal dude who shows up at the same time Mario and gang do and otherwise has nothing to do with them. XD

I'll be participating in this event for him alone.
Honestly, it would be an absolute coup if they were going to reveal Waluigi as the last fighter for the game with Sakurai doing a mic drop. A man can dream, right?
Waluigi is most wanted in another way besides a villain
he is the most wanted Smash newcommer
(and it can happen, the mini direct showed that Spring Man was an option meaning that you should not discount assist trophies)
Waluigi will come as the final DLC character mark my words haha. They need to build his attacks around Tennis though as none of the characters really do anything tennis related.
Waluigi is not a villain, he's our lord and savior.
