As we get closer to the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, more pre-order bonuses for the anticipated release are being announced. In an attempt to work out which is the best deal for you, our American-based video producer Zion Grassl has decided to rank each one.
The above video covers every Animal Crossing: New Horizon pre-order we could find. There are pre-order incentives in the UK, Japan, the US, and a few other regions. Some of these items include tote bags, mugs, hand towels, and even a digital clock.
Have you pre-ordered Animal Crossing; New Horizons? Are you getting of the pre-order bonuses on this list? Leave a comment down below.

The items are really nice and temptating.
But we need more information about gameplay features on New Horizons.
So far, we just only knew about crafting, outdoor activities, decorating the island with objects but still no other buildings such as Supermarket, Police Station, Retail, Cafe, etc shown with their functions.
I really wanted to buy this game digitally so I can frequently have access to it, it's too bad that I won't be getting any pre-order bonus from it though.
It seems like the best ones are only in Japan. The only store I am seeing in the US with a bonus is Gamestop and they are only offering some poster. I'll just go digital since nobody seems to be trying out here, but I would have loved to get the clock.
@Anti-Matter look like it's confirmed that we can indeed build buildings in our island
according to the leaked commercial from Nintendo America.

Yo, there was a new trailer! Able Sisters make a return and a new clothing inventory was revealed!!

Spoiler alert:
You don't need any pre-order bonuses
The worst thing about the free 7 days of nintendo online membership is that you can't even use it if you have an active membership already. I'm getting that bell bag and nook sticker!
@JayJ That is odd. Gamestop here in Ireland is getting the tote bag so I would have assumed it was the same for all gamestops.
Pre-order bonuses, having to ask which is the best deal for you, vague talk of in game purchases... So Nintendo is following EA into the sewer?
@SilentHunter382 I guess not. Apparently the European stores are doing a much better job with the bonuses.
@Anti-Matter luckily there’s a Direct today...
I have preordered with Nintendo UK purely to get those pretty pretty pins.
I'm completely new to the franchise. Can anyone explain to me what Animal Crossing actually is and what does it compare to? Is it like SimCity for animals or something else?
Is there not going to be a bonus gold coins style reward for digital purchases? This seems like the perfect game to have always available so that would be the most appealing reward to me.
No disrespect to the video folks, but a typed list would be handy so I can scan it in seconds. Busy day, what with getting in my sweat pants to watch the direct and all....
I’ll be buying two of these physically. I wish I could just download them to my Switch to enjoy the instant access of digital though. Like you can when you buy vinyl or books. Best of both worlds innit?
Is there anywhere that just has the list of bonuses and where instead of having to watch a video? I care nothing about video. Especially SIXTEEN minutes when I can read an article in 45 seconds. These are the kind of things that will make me find another site to get my info.
@JayJ Target had a free notebook, I orderd from Walmart and got a free tote bag that is supposed to come.
So not an all inclusive list by any means, but seems like Target in the US has a free notebook, gamestop a free dual sided poster, and walmart has a tote bag. If anyone else sees anything, let me know.
A poster! Really, Gamestop? Big spenders, lemme tell ya.
Think I'd be going after the plush Bell Bag.
Ha. I preferred the "catch a fish" items to all the rest.
