Stranded Sails getting discounted this early on already ?
....Ominous.
That usually doesn't bode well
I'm developing an interest in indie games, but boy, I hadn't even heard about most of these.
@Swoltacular The Count Lucanor is very good. Only one I’ve heard of, got it on sale a few months ago.
@Swoltacular may be too early to tell until the thorough playthroughs, but FWIW I've got positive impressions from Unbox, Walking Vegetables and Count Lucanor so far. Cast of the Seven Godsends, too, but that was an even shorter impression before I shelved it in the ongoing card space juggle to check out other purchased stuff back then.
Only played the count lucanor, not the greatest game but I enjoyed it, wouldnt be a bad pickup at all on sale.
I got Unbox in a sale when I was drunk. It's awful.
Aragami is a great game, kind of old but at 50% should be a great addition!
Sparklite isn’t even out yet and looks very interesting! But I’m probably picking up the physical version instead.
@Swoltacular @Savino If you enjoy stealth games, Aragami is great imho. I also belive it has online 2 player coop if I remember correctly.
I bought Candle: The Power of the Flame a while back. Didn't get very far before getting a bit stuck, but it seemed decent.
Still no Halloween sale.
Doom 3 on PS4 is 69% off right now, but no discount on Switch.
I came here just to find out who "Merge Games" is, surprised to see that they even published a game or two I actually know/ own.
How is the performance on Vaporum on Switch anyways? I remember having had that on my Steam Wishlist for ... quite some time.
@Grandiajet Totally disagree. I 100% it. It's a bit of a collect-a-thon, but it's mechanics make the single player so fun. Don't even get me started on how many laughs me and friends had with split screen.
@Swoltacular @Savino Can't speak for them all, but if you can get Unbox for less than 10 then it's a great title especially for local split screen. Aragami is a great stealth action game. Finally, if you're short on cash and have a friend who wants to join you, Walking Vegetables is fun for a bit split screen. (I got it for less than a £/$ so don't mind only getting a few hours out of it with friends.)
@Ventilator Wait for Thursday, that's the designated eShop day for new releases and new discounts.
Though not the only day, I just discovered yesterday that all the Nekopara games were on a sale (and they weren't on last Thursday), so anything can happen, it seems.
(I'm hoping for a FIFA 20 sale!)
I've never heard of any of these games, unfortunately.
Just had a look through them and Solo Islands of the Heart seems a charming little adventure and can't be expensive with 60% off, so will probably get that one.
I recognize Aragami and...nothing else. Based on other responses I'm not the only one who is unfamiliar with these games. It's so hard to keep up with game releases these days!
@Savino No problems! If you do get Unbox, make sure to download the patch, it's necessary for a good experience.
Hopiko is perfection you al should get this.
The walking vegetables is a decent twin stick shooter. Alright pick up if you don’t already have too many.
I enjoyed The Long Reach. Definitely worth playing with that heavy discount.
Has anyone played Solo Islands of the Heart? It's been on my wish list for ages but never quite cheap enough for me to bite.
Battleg Group 2 is like a slower shoot'em up with ships and carriers instead of planes. There are upgrades for yur ship which is fun to play around with. It is fun and at that price really worth it.
@construx Yes. There is also daily deals on Switch atleast 6 days a week. Sometimes up to 10 +/- games a day. All daily deals is also added on thursday list.
@Ventilator I wish this site would list these non-Thursday sales.
Since I buy a lot of games, games with a reduced price is in the top 2 priority for me (next to the new releases).
It's great to read other articles, too, but this information is sadly missing here.
Constantly making these newly discounted games out of the hundreds already on the offers list is really, really hard and time consuming.
@construx Use this site. Add all games you want on wishlist, and get alert when price drops.
It also lists Switch deals daily.

There is far too much on eShop to check manually, so i use that site instead.
Wish they give refund or credit back to those whom already bought those games to support them.
@Ventilator Thanks for the info!
I have a site that lists the eShop prices of the games (where I regularly check the ones on my wishlist), but my problem is that I don't know most of the games.
And since I usually buy games at reduced prices, I could find some unknown gems at any sale - if there'd be a list of all the current ones.
@Ventilator Thanks for the link to this
@Antraxx777 No problem.
@construx There is a bunch of unknown games on Switch, but you can read user reviews about many of them on Steam, and Google Play usually, but most unknown games seem to be reviewed on YouTube too.
Games PSPrices often have YT Links.
Could you send me the link to where you get the Switch prices?
@Ventilator Sure. I use this site for comparing eShop prices:
https://eshop-prices.com/
(Actually, not the main site, as it's a huge info grid. I rather bookmarked my wishlisted games on the site in my browser and I just have to refresh those pages from time to time. But this is just a technicality.)
This page has also helped me save a bit of money by comparing the eShop prices by countries, using a common currency.
The page you referred to, howewer, also has price history, which could be an immensely useful feature for me about predicting next sales. Thank you again for that.
Thank tyou. I found another great price tracker. Also tells you if it's the lowest price ever, or not.
https://www.dekudeals.com
Price history is nice. Crayola Scoot for example were 90% off awhile ago. On newest sale, it's only 30% off.
I got it at 90% off previous time.
It's same especially on Sony, Xbox and PC sales. Old sales often have better prices than more recent sales.
@Ventilator Wow, seems like an awesome site, collecting digital and physical sales, plus indicating if a price is the lowest ever.
Bookmarked it, will use it a lot.
Thank you!
No problem. Both PSPrices and DekuDeals have price history.
