Japanese company Experience has announced that it is bringing Death Mark to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in 2018.
Originally released on the PS Vita, Death Mark - or Shiin as it is known in Japan - sees you assuming the role of a character who has been branded with the titular mark, which means they will soon die. The game takes place in a mysterious mansion where others branded with this "Death Mark" have come together to find a solution.
Both the PlayStation 4 and Switch versions will showcase new high-resolution graphics, additional episodes and an “Event Gallery.” The Sony version is due for release in January 2018, but the Switch version will come later in the Spring.

It's not known if Death Mark will receive a western release.

hard to tell that much from the trailer but interested to know more
I've wanted to play this for a while now. Hopefully they localize it!
What's a Vita?
anyone know if this was good or not?
Sounds interesting. I'll keep an eye out on this.
@MsJubilee what's a Wii U?
Does it matter? Every system out there deserves some attention.
I laughed my hair of with the trailer. Is that supposed to be scary?
@Rayquaza2510 Why answer a question with a question? Also what is a WIIU? No idea what that is.
@MsJubilee because my comment makes as much sense as yours did
Please don't sucks, I need some good horror on my Switch this Halloween. Wait why is it not coming for Halloween?
I have a feeling this won't get a western release because of the amount of text, but I would guess if it sells well, they wouldn't have a problem.
Interesting
Cool, has anyone played this before? impressions?
This kind of game is perfect for the switch. We need more pure VNs too.
Remind when I finally go to Japan to take about 9 to 10 flashlights. Apparently overhead lighting isn't a thing there.
I checked out some gameplay footage along with the footage above and from what I can tell, it's a mystery based virtual novel/text based adventure/semi-point & click game, which is EXACTLY the type of game I've been wanting more of. So far Switch is up to Thimbleweed Park and Syberia (and possibly another I'm forgetting) of games that fit "along" these categories and I need them to keep coming. I always felt like visual novels/point & click/etc were a missed opportunity for the Wii/Wii U, so I'm glad to see them coming now. More!
lol that trailer made me more confused than I was before watching it.... hard pass for me!
@setezerocinco It's supposed to be more creepy than scary. The Japanese are masters at supernatural/ghost horror, I'm sure if you give the game a chance the atmosphere will draw you in.
@MsJubilee THE portable device where alot of Switch games come from... alot.
@MsJubilee savage!
@koekiemonster some1 is trigger.
@MsJubilee you push some bottoms here and trigger some users it seems.
Could potentially be interesting, but there isn't enough info yet, so for now, I'll give it a Death Mark...
Played it on the Vita, although I can't remember myself finishing it. Glad about it coming to Switch, I hope this means that there's potentially more Vita games coming to Switch.
I'm such a scardy-cat. I can't even watch the trailer let alone buy the game
@Rayquaza2510 lol I think you took missjubilees comment out of context....he/she was only making a little joke.
No need to get triggered over banter lol
*Pita?
Could you play this on pita bread? I am confused.
@Deathwalka I wasn't triggered so sorry if it looked that way (that's why I posted a smiley then)
