Where To Buy The Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Nintendo Switch OLED Model Console

Quite a splatoonish artwork on the back.

I'm still very wary of buying a Switch OLED. I still have the 2017 model, and I'd love to crack it open for Smash mods while using a newer Switch for everything else, but at the same time if I buy another Switch and Nintendo announces the Switch Pro, I will be so angry. Still, this one is thus far probably the most tempting design of any Switch that was designed after a specific game.

Can't be long now before Nintendo drops the OG Switch and just sells OLED and Lite to open up manufacturing for Switch 2. Can't keep producing 3 current gen models and a new one. Sony ditched Pro, probably b/c it's too close in power in PS5, and kept the OG, but I think Nintendo does the opposite and keeps selling this more expensive model and drops the OG. Meaning Switch may be the only console to ever be on the market for 7 years and never have a price drop, $299 cradle to the grave. OLED will probably drop to $299 once Switch 2 launches. There probably won't be a Switch Pro at the late date sorry to say. But it's had a good run.

It looks cool, but shame its Pokemon, I thought the same about the Splatoon one too, give us a Zelda one

Why not buying a skin for your switch deck? Who will buy this if they already own a switch?

I don't want the base console but I'll pay good money for that slick looking dock.

The purple joycon reminds me of Saints Row: The Third cover. I'd actually love to get this version but the white one looks too good next to a PS5.

definitely getting this. It's up for preorder on Gamestop but I don't have 500 bucks for it right now, otherwise I would snap it up in a heartbeat.

Wished the Pokemon Joy-Con got more treatment like the Splatoon 3 Joy-Cons.

Will you also update this when it becomes available in Europe (specifically in the netherlands)?

@SwitchForce I was able to secure one on Best Buy Canada's website. So maybe check Best Buy in the US or Amazon

FYI preorders went up on Gamestop and sold out already in the US.

Did just what you did.

Got mine OLED Pokémon version from GameStop. I was the second buyer when they opened. I sold my v2 for store credit and used that to buy this version for the nephew as this will no longer be at that price nor be sold again. Ugly then why comment or buy one. That's one odd reply.
