Monster Hunter 3 on 3DS. I hated the tutorial and I couldn't get past it. It felt like such an effort. Thankfully I didn't pay for it and I got it during the "gifting" promotion they did a while back. Everything else has been decent - even FIFA 13 on Wii U was pretty decent.
Paper Monsters Recut - if a drunk monkey could program on a PC, she would come up with far more interesting level design. I'll prove it to you by having one of my cats design one level in Super Mario Maker.
Liberation Maiden - just the menu screen gave me carpal tunnel.
Pullblox - it is as fun as opening and closing all the drawers in your house .
I always used to read the reviews first, but I stopped after being conned into buying Paper Monsters Recut because of 8s (seriously, washing the dishes is much more stimulating than playing this game) or Thomas Was Alone because of 9s

-Didn't really like The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD too much. I'm not too keen on the game's progression, just seems to drag. Also, using a Platinum reward to get this over Pikmin 3 was kind of sucky.
-I also regret getting Shantae for the Gameboy Color. The game is overhyped because of how rare a physical copy is and it's production values (has many, many sprites and the day and night system). I mostly had a problem with how the game isn't very rewarding with killing tough enemies and Shantae's sprite is a little too big for my taste. Too many leaps of faith.
I've Got to Run. It feels like someone's first attempt at making a game. All you do is jump, and even that feels floaty and awkward. There aren't even obstacles or enemies to jump over. You just jump from platform to platform.

Yeah, I played it once and got bored of it before I even died. Not sure what the draw was supposed to be.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I'm a little surprised to see Crimson Shroud mentioned here. If it weren't so short it'd be one of my favorite games on the system. The combat system is fantastic and the story is deep considering the length of the game.

@Klimbatize I can only imagine. It was just a broken game to me trying to line up some of those pictures. It's a neat concept but I felt it was poorly executed.
@Noonch: It's definitely a broken game. I was always able to get adequate light so I didn't have too much of a problem with it, but I know a lot of people simply couldn't get the game to work properly. Getting some of the shapes was a fun challenge, especially when I had no idea what it was supposed to be.
A person without a sense of humor is like a wagon without springs. It's jolted by every pebble on the road.
@nf_2: Yes I know it is quite loved, aswell as Scram Kitty. But somehow it was just not for me. I like some aspects of it, but the whole package just doesn't hold my attention. To a degree that I even find it hard to understand why it is that popular.
And as I mentioned aswell I only bought games with good reviews. So "worst eshop game" is a bit relative in my case, since I wouldn't consider those games bad in general, but well - the worst ones I've bought. ;:-]
Never want to come down, never want to put my feet back down on the ground.
I paid full price ( about £12.50 I think) for Stealth Inc 2 and only played about 20 minutes - it just hasn't grabbed me ( and I think I'm stuck).
Don't like the character animation in The Swapper, so disappointed in that too (and I think I'm stuck).
But worst purchase so far I think has to go to Chasing Aurora. I got duped by the eshop trailer into thinking it would be good. It's not.
I thought Chasing Auroa look good too but I didn't really enjoy the demo and most of the reviews talked up the multiplayer aspect so I gave it a miss in the end.
