In the Megaton Punch Championship, I managed to get a 194 to beat the last competitor on Level 3.
In Samurai Kirby, the best I can get is a 10, which is only enough to beat the Beginner difficulty.
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.

Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.
I can see getting a pefect score on the Megaton Punch, but how did you manage a perfect 1 on Samurai Kirby? You must either have nearly record-setting human reflexes, or you pressed the button anticipating the "!" in advance and got lucky. Even if it's the latter, I don't see how you could use that strategy to beat Expert without losing to someone on faults.

Well, a 5 isn't perfect. You should've said you beat them both on the highest level and then given your best scores.
