I really hope they re-add the blue mario color for mario... i always used that color

Personally I'd like something like Mr. L or a Ninten alt for Ness.

@TheGreatLord: Isn't there already a blue Mario colour? Yeah, I looked it up. It's technically there but they swapped the colours of the shirt and overalls for that alt (and made the colours lighter). Odd.

A Mr. L alternate would be awesome!

Hm... if Professor Layton is selected from the ballot, what do you think his alts would be? I'm guessing it would be random color variations... or the dress scheme of some of the popular characters in the PL world...

I would like Dry Bowser or Masked Dedede, those have been the alts I wanted all this time....along with OOT Link.

Honestly I'm still a bit surprised that Masked Dedede isn't a thing here (yet), to my knowledge it's not even referenced via trophies or anything. It's like they're purposely ignoring the more modern Kirby games...

You know what? I'll bet Sakurai actually IS purposely ignoring the newer Kirby games. Remember that Sakurai HATES sequelization. He probably feels that Kirby after he left HAL isn't really Kirby.

Its all good. There is also a yutaka in Japanese but it means something totally different.

I do wish they would do alternate costumes, like Mr. L, pajama Ness, Outset Island Toon Link, or Masked Man Lucas.

@DarthNocturnal: Don't get me wrong, I love Smash 4. LOVE it. But I'm on Smashwiki looking at some of these costumes and moveset changes...

I kinda wish for Klonoa to be added in Smash Bros.

Klonoa would be fun. Would prefer Lloyd, tbh, but he's basically in as a costune, anyways.

I'm still rooting for King K Rool here. It seems crazy he hasn't already gotten into the game, surely he can't miss out on this as well, right?

Maybe K. Rool is not very popular within Nintendo.

I've read Miyamoto himself found the first DKC to be mediocre.
