Topic: Nintendo dating sim?

Saw an indie game on xbox360 that was a dating game show using people's avatars - winners got to mingle on a beach or virtual vacation. A game like this might be fun on eshop

Lol, Dating sims and visual novels in my opinion are rather fun.

But it would not sell well lol, at least in the U.S. There are dating sims and Visual Novels on the Wii U only in japan.

But as far as using nintendo characters, that's not a good idea with most of them being silent people will complain that they don't act right.

I'm in college and it was laundry day. If I didn't get it then, some other impatient student would have thrown it in the ground.

Actually, as far as I'm conserned, every company with a considerable amount of IPs should follow Namco's footsteps and make a dating sim. I'm not even joking. Nintendo, Capcom, Falcom, Konami, Atlus, all of you take note: This is the future of fan-pandering!!!

Sounds like neat idea, especially since Nintendo would keep it clean. I think I would any non female human though.

Huh, I thought for sure this thread would only last a day or two before fading to obscurity.

Also, I've realized that Fire Emblem: Awakening is pretty close to a dating sim. You have your own character, and amidst battling hordes of baddies romance yourself a girl (or guy).

Heck, Nintendo could make a dating sim with just the Fire Emblem cast alone.

I used SwapNote as a dating game until Nintendo shut it down. I was getting action left and right.
