Ah yes, all I mean by offline posting is simply that you shouldn't have to load up Miiverse each time, with that long wait. Simply press the Miiverse logo and you get an instant screen with no loading time and the option to post immediately or 'go to Miiverse discussions' if you want to see more (much like in Mario Bros U/3D World)
The GUI needs to be quickened up on both systems and that might be a nice way to do it
@tysonfury
No worries, I get what you're saying. I think Nintendo has made it quite easy to implement Miiverse features. It could be something as simple as an option in the pause screen. I'm actually not entirely sure how they plan to implement Miiverse in the future. Deus Ex allows you to add voice recordings to posts, so there's more features to be had that haven't happened yet.
My main concern is using the home menu to capure Miiverse screen shots. It needs to be easier than that to take photos and such. It's a good work around for now, but something like what Animal Crossing has would work better, especially on a system wide level, IMO.

The main things I would is 1 work with 3rd party developers, 2 turn the NOA & NOE into something more than simply being sell out posts and marketers so they a mini-NOJ who find 2nd party developers and 3, develope a better on-line infrastructure the PSN is an almost perfect model.
I would keep everyone in the positions they are currently in. I would make one sweeping change, and that is to release all of the games on VC that we possibly could immediately. I would also lower the cost of those games by about a dollar, and the games would be cross platform. No double dipping.
I would change them from making some profit to bleeding like crazy. I don't speak Japanese and that would make it hard to do business in Japan. Also a big company like that is very delicate. Mess up too much and it would take years to recover
Improve Wii U marketing, its desperately bad and I have two articles already going over those changes so im not going to redo them.
Expand Miiverse to be a hybrid between forums and twitter (have hashtags but have those function between sub groups specific to the game or an entire franchise) .
Miiverse for your smartphones
Get VC games moving, we need more, we need Gamecube for Wii U, we need SNES for 3DS, and N64 for both
Buy Vigil Studios if you can still find them(people who made Darksiders). It's another more Mature franchise but in a Zelda format and Nintendo could make it shine easily.
Build games that promote your free online with good MP (Metroid , Monster Hunter as Examples)
Spread the Platformers out , there are far to many in general let alone all seem to come out around the same time.
Short Term:
-Directly took control of the marketing department and domestic branches (NOA, NOE)
-Returned Nintendo's live E3 conference
-Replanned Nintendo Network and eShop strategies and policies
-Released some small non-Nintendo franchises on phones to appease shareholders for the short-term
-Started talks and negotiations with Western third-parties (Ubisoft, Activision Blizzard, EA, Rock Star, as well as smaller devs and companies) and continued work with Japanese third-parties (Sega, Capcom, Namco Bandai, Tecmo Koei, Platinum).
-Change how game development and releases are scheduled.
-Look at ways to expand our franchise through merchandising and licensing for things like movies (although quality of any such activity will be taken into account prior to licensing).
Long-term:
-Work with Nintendo (now united) hardware division to create a single platform that could be used in micro-console, smart portable game player (with an inexpensive phone variant)
-Explore unique technologies like VR and more AR to see if it can help give future products a unique edge.
-Expand Retro into multiple divisions capable of making multiple games (would encourage them to make new Western oriented games and franchises)
-Would work with NERD to create new services like Virtual Console in the cloud (the ability to access certain virtual console titles anywhere through an internet browser or app and a special controller from Nintendo)
I'd invest in bringing a few of Nintendo's IP to have newer entries in some a series go to the eshop as well experiment with some free to play content.
My line up for 2015 would consists of
Core Titles
The Legend of Zelda insert sub title here.
Metroid from Retro in conjunction with Amature
Punch Out 2
Battelion Wars
Blue Ocean.
Endless Ocean 3
Animal Crossing U
Pokemon console game
Wii U eshop
New Excitebike game
Free to Play Custom Robo
Star Tropics for the eshop

1.Sue Google and Apple for encouraging emulation
2.Improve on the Marketing aspects
3.Focus on the hardcore and younger demographic by supporting third party devs.
What? Why??? That makes no sense....when did they ever do something like that? Apple removes every emulation app... and they never market it as a feature...
The first executive decision I would make is to retcon Metroid: Other M.
Yes, lets get started on Other M HD
Watch those long cut-scenes again, but in HD.
