That's a understatement...I talked to the DHL guy and they are subcontractors not DHL is a company that subcontract delivery out to smaller companies aka Oil Company that subcontracts to small companies to do their dirty work so they don't pay like a regular worker pay. DHL when they screw delivery they blame those delivery but in fact they are the one that screwed the delivery person and customers. This came directly from the DHL driver that delivered my packaged when I asked him. I had one DHL that was opened and no message was state why it was opened. FeDex once screwed my delivery to wrong location and I had to get on their case. How hard with all these GPS and Zip Codes could they screw up so badly.....you have to ask.

Customer support in general is awful these days, with some exceptions, of course. It has become accepted to outsource this to a call center, where a person troubleshoots by reading off of a flow chart. And you wind up getting little more than an empty apology from a person who is not qualified to help.
