It sold out in Australia in a matter of hours. I managed to order it, but you had to move fast.

I'd guess that they might list it for a while in larger markets to correctly gauge the demand but smaller ones will only get a fixed allocation, and that's that.

This game is 2 weeks away from release this Thursday, just hope the leakers don't ruin any surprises for anyone.

Favourite series,
Xenoblade, Trails/Kiseki, Ys, Persona, Fire emblem, Tales and square enix jrpgs.

I think the only leaker that existed was the reviewer that posted on 4Chan, and the leak is mostly contained to that from what I've seen. I don't think we'll have to worry about people dumping the game or emulating it given the nature of the Switch 2 as a console. The suspects that usually spoil things on YouTube won't be getting copies early more than likely.

@VoidofLight its very likely there will be early copies either accidentally sent out or deliberately because that always happens atleast a week before a major Nintendo first party release, I remember that happening to zelda tears of the kingdom,

Fortunately, the subreddit fire emblem has a ban on leaks from now to a week after the game comes out, its likely there will be spoilers on youtube through by smaller channels when players recieve early copies.

I wish NL was hyping up this game more...

So many new characters have been revealed since the last NL article.

I'm not surprised sites aren't doing much with this game. Fire Emblem probably doesn't appeal as much to the average Nintendo fan, so they're probably sticking to things that get more clicks.

Yeah... I get what you're saying but...

You say that as if NintendoLife itself appeals to the average Nintendo fan, as opposed to the Nintendo hardcore. Also, they can still focus on Clicks... I just expected more Fire Emblem love.

Lastly, I feel like the window is closing, if you truly ever had any intention of hyping up Fortune's Weave. Once Ocarina of Time has it's Nintendo Direct, it will surely dominate the news cycle.

@uncleMike The next Zelda news doesn't necessarily have to be before Fortune's Weave launch. While the 10th is looking very likely for some sort of Direct because that's the day of next Just Dance news, it can be a split situation.

Partner Showcase on the 10th and Zelda 40th anniversary Direct on the 24th is my guess for example. It would allow 3rd parties to get their announcements in before TGS but also have all attention on the 1st party side of things to be on Fire Emblem.
