Question: What the flying **** did I just watch!? No really, what is this!? Why would anyone think this was a good idea!? People paid money for this! It aired during the Super Bowl! People expected this to make people WANT Mountain Dew (cue air-horns blaring in the background)! This doesn't make me want Mountain Dew, this makes me uncomfortable!

Well I ruined my Inkling Boy Amiibo trying to extract the NFC chip, I'm just glad he's like 7$ on ebay right now.

Does anyone know a good way to extract the chips without damaging the figures?

I need to keep everything in tact though, I'm trying to place a Mii Gunner chip inside of a Inkling Boy figure.

Well, Google says that putting the base slightly above boiling water or using a hair dryer can loosen up the base.
