@Odnetnin: I just had to play with your avi more, so I cleaned it up, made the star blend less in with the shirt, and made Maxwell's face look more Maxwelly. Here 'tis if you like it better.

If you have anymore suggestions, throw 'em at me. My head's feeling better so I'll start on minial's in a few minutes.
