I, for one, am excited. The long wait has finished and i will expect to see new episodes each saturday once again. I hope this hiatus and lack of interest the fanbase has undergone will diminish, and that cool fanart will be popping up everywhere. That, or more Silver Spoon. It would be nice.

I'm starting a new Fanfic called Crusader: Amongst the Stars Above

Basic premise:

It's the distant future (Disconnection's future, but a little bit further), and Equestria has grown tired of being confined within their own atmosphere. In an agreement between the three major monarchs, Celestia, Luna, and Chrysalis carefully select five special ponies to embark on a mission beyond the stars. At the helm of the majestic space galleon Crusader, Morpheus, a hybrid of Changeling and pony races, leads his crew into the depths of space. Little do they know, the ever-expanding universe has plenty of dark secrets that have yet to be discovered. They unexpectedly crash onto an alien planet, where the pony race exists in a similar fashion. However, they soon discover that this planet is nothing but a cover-up for something huge lying dormant right underneath their hooves...

I'm so excited you guys; my art seems to improve more and more every day! Not to sound boastful or anything. I just love the improvement since my first post on Tumblr.

So, speaking of fanfiction, I am writing a crossover with Animorphs. (Does anypony know what that is?) Anyway, any advice about wiriting fanfics.

@RainboCrasher I remember Animorphs! Well, mostly I remember flipping through the pages and watching the figure on the bottom right of the pages transform. XD

Anyway, writing is not my forté, so I can't give you advice, sorry.

@DiscordedTeeJay Oh my gosh, that's such a stark difference! It's so great to see how far you've come. Congratulations on the improvement.

@GuardianKing sounds like an interesting plot that seems to take some things from Star Trek. I wish you luck on this endeavor.

@RainbowCrasher Isn't that the one where these kids change into animals? And as far as writing goes, I have no idea how to help you there really. Just try to write how you want the situations to unfold, but try to keep the reader engaged in the story and that they care for the characters actions and situation. But, most importantly, have fun doing it. Good way is to examine what others have done, and try to copy there writing style while also paving your own.

And some more art. This one is just insane and awesome all at once.

@Rainbowcrasher I may not be in the best position to give tips, but here's what I learned.

TIPS:

• Grammar is IMPORTANT!
• Be sure your writing is consistent.
• Write what you want, but stick with the theme.
• TOO MUCH EXPOSITION IS BAD!
• GRAMMAR!
• Have fun.

@Everyponyelse Is it too OP if my new OC, who's a half-bred if Changeling and pony, turns invisible instead of transforming.

HERE IT IS EVERYONE

The main character is a little more brash and violent, but he's sort of drunk in the first chapter, so yeah...

Anyways, I was trying to go for sort of a space-western-ish feel (Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, etc.) while at the same time make it completely sci-fi. There's many story within this once fic, all leading up to a major, final story-arc.
