2/5 of this is likely to happen.
I'd say 4/5. F-Zero is rather unlikely though, considering Miyamoto only recently found out there was even interest in the franchise.
Star Fox and Metroid are the two most likely franchises that we'll see at E3. Star Fox because of all the hints Miyamoto dropped at E3 2011 and 2012, and Metroid because that's a franchise Nintendo doesn't tend to completely forget, and because of Reggie's pin.
Currently Playing: Steamworld Heist, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tales of Graces F

At least two of those are confirmed to be at E3, and I'd say Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are insanely likely, considering they're coming out in November.
They are publishing Bayonetta and chesscake is sort of tecmo's thing samus being the only exception.
We should treat this as a general E3 thread.
Sony London seems to be working on three projects that we hopefully see next month. The first team is working on a new singstar that game was announced, a second team is working on stuff for project Morpherous, and the third teams game is top secret.
Around 30 of the 120 people at Sony London are working on the new SingStar. Others are working on Sony's virtual reality headset Project Morpheus. Indeed Sony London created the Project Morpheus tech demo The Deep, which was unveiled at the Game Developers Conference earlier this year. It's also working on other Morpheus tech demos.
Sony London's experience with AR on EyeToy, EyePet and Wonderbook made VR the perfect natural step for the studio, Ranyard said.
"A lot of AR techniques translate to VR. It's not a leap. It's a step. So from a studio perspective it makes sense. But it's a different audience. We're doing a lot of tech demos for Morpheus. We'll see what happens. The studio is really excited though because it's just so hot."
Of course not everyone at Sony London is working on SingStar, or even Project Morpheus. Others are working on other, secret projects, although Ranyard won't say what.
