Topic: Who Is Excited For Mighty Milky Way?

I'm very excited for WayForward's Mighty Milky Way. After reading the article for the game on Nintendo Life's front page and the feature article in Nintendo Power magazine I've gotten very giddy for this new game which is supposed to be a "pseudo-prequel" or spin-off sequel to Mighty Flip Champs. I'm also very interested to learn more about the T-Rex that I saw DJ-ing in the Nintendo Power feature.

So what do you guys think about this upcoming game?

I think you know more about it than the rest of us. I'll wait until I see some videos of it before I get excited.

Guys, if you want to know more just wisk over to a newsstand and pick up the current issue of Nintendo Power Magazine, it features a Pokemon on the cover and it's got just about everything one could wish to know about "Might Milky Way". If only there was a scan for this game. Mighty flip champs is one of the best games on dsiware so I'd really like to find out more about this.

I could not agree more. Mighty Flip Champs ought to have more of a product line than it currently has. I'd love to be able to read the back story for Alta. Seriously, the cut-scenes in the game really get the gears in my mind turning. I'd love to read a comic about The Fishman, Rocket Cat and their relationship to Alta.

I e-mailed Matt Bozon about comics for Shantae and Mighty Flip Champs and he said that he did indeed want to create a comic for the franchises. I can say of a surety that Mighty Milky Way would be perfect for a comic adaption. According to the current Nintendo Power issue Mighty Milky Way will feature subtle references to both Shantae and Mighty Flip Champs along with a retro soundtrack and retro sound effects.

I had no idea what this game even was until I read the latest issue of Nintendo Power Magazine. The game looks really awesome! I'm a big fan of WayForward so I can't wait to play it!

Whoa, cool! Thanks for the clue and pictures as I had no idea this title existed. I actually bought Flip Champs AFTER buying Shantae, and truth be told I sort of prefer MFC. Tough game... I hope Milky Way is every bit as challenging. Bring it on!

I'm curious as to how this game will turn out. It certainly has a unique concept, but I'm not too fond of the "Wayforward Twitch" sections of their games. You know what I'm talking about: In just about every Wayforward game there's that one point where you need pixel-perfect timing, and if you don't get lucky it just becomes too hard to continue on. If they can avoid that, count me in.

I couldn't agree more my friend. I couldn't agree more. Shantae was a grave disappointment; it wasn't awful but it wasn't worth buying either.

Shantae would be better as a comic book or something but Mighty Flip Champs was a far better game than Shantae. I wish I hadn't spent my money for Shantae, perhaps I need to have played the first game or something but I'm telling you that I give Mighty Flip Champs 5 stars over Shantae. I really hope that the "Mighty" franchise continues to expand. I like Alta and I really want to see her in another game and I do hope WayForward gives a released date for Mighty Milky Way.

Just read about it in Nintendo Power and it sounds awesome. Definitely on my radar.

I can't wait for this one! It's been rated so hopefully the release isn't too far away.

I fully expect this to come out in Europe six months after the USA release, just like Shantae. Thank goodness we have the 3DS e-shop debuting in a month.
