Importing a 2DS XL from Japan - Nintendo 3DS Forum

Hey there. I think I'm going to import a Nintendo 2DS XL from Japan, but I would like to switch its region to Europe. In order to do that, if I understood correctly, I need to buy an SD card and follow the instructions in this tutorial: https://3ds.hacks.guide/region-changing.html

Is that all? Am I missing anything? Thank you!

This is a nice bunch of info. I like that you can get some imports on Amazon UK (I got a Cinnamoroll DS game there before, before they started region locking for the 3DS).
