Please tell me I'm not the only one that thinks this game is poorly designed? The normal levels (bar world 7 and beyond) are soooo easy to get a "great" on, some levels you can get hit like a bajillion times and the games like EH PERFECT :D!!!.. but then the bosses come and if you mess up ONCE, ha, suck it, "Good". Even if you don't care about getting a good ranking.. the bosses are soo much harder than the normal levels. Sure they aren't THAT hard, but compared to the 7 other levels you just beat, yea, they kinda are. Only in world 7 (the final world) did levels give me trouble on getting a great ranking, which is to be expected as it's the final world, other than that i can count maybe three times I died or didn't get enough notes on a standard level. This is why I don't like the game, it doesn't seem thought through, I mean besides the whole "not having a proper ranking system", the game just feels... indie. It doesn't have that level of polish you'd expect from gamefreak & a $20 title.. just a shame really, as it would be one of the music games on the 3DS... :/ The secondary characters hardly get used, and imo they are the most fun. Every Time the game does something different it immediately takes it away.. To those who have played the demo and turned off by the difficulty of it, They thought it was a good idea to include the first level of the game, the second boss & a world 3 pokemon level.. Good choices... Anyone else feel the same way as me? I really want to like the game, it's just annoying more than fun.

Haha, definitely. The beginning ones are questionable easy, then super difficulty jump at each boss fight. I was all the way down to the final battle and I never beat it. Ugh. One battle away!

the only parts I found really hard are the last Pokémon stage, the last boss and the bonus levels, other than that it's pretty easy.

and every boss stage at fast mode... I hate levels that force me through an extremely specific pattern.
