@VanillaLake: They should just appear on the map. I think you may be confused by the fact that they are not all marked with the name of the actual level on the map; 'Ghost of a Blade' for example is marked on the map as 'Warriors Tomb' - (that one should be the level at the very bottom left corner by the way).
