Review Undead Storm Nightmare (3DS eShop)
Dream sequel
Publisher Gamebridge's GO Series of DSiWare games seems to have faded out with 2012's release of GO Series: Undead Storm, but that doesn't mean the properties are completely gone. In a move that no one expected developer G-STYLE has released a sequel to the aforementioned property on the 3DS eShop titled Undead S
Review Alien On The Run (3DS eShop)
Out of this world
After a few weeks full of ports and disappointing original titles on the eShop, Japanese studio G-Style's 3DS-exclusive Alien on the Run is a breath of fresh air, a surprisingly addictive "comical escape game" that has arrived on the store at relatively short notice. You play as an alien named Delude who has been abudcted by a UFO,...
Review Jump Trials Supreme (3DS eShop)
Might as well jump!
On DSiWare, G-Style's Jump Trials games followed in the fleet footsteps of 10 Second Run, providing short bursts of one-track, one-button gameplay with no fuss and few frills; if Super Mario Bros. is an epic platforming poem, Jump Trials is a list of words that rhyme with "cat". There's certainly a place for the simpler things in...
Review Chain Blaster (3DS eShop)
Blastin’ makes me feel good
It’s been just over a month since G.Rev’s Kokuga hit the 3DS eShop, and now we’re already being treated to another shoot ‘em up with the release of G-Style’s Chain Blaster. Though shoot ‘em ups have been few and far between since the home console took over the industry and put countless arcades out of...
Review Undead Bowling (3DS eShop)
Bowl or be killed
Undead Bowling isn’t the typical ten frames of bowling that you’re used to. There are no spares or strikes, no gutters or pins, and no fungus-laden shoes or hairstyles leftover from the '70s – but you do knock things down with a bowling ball…a bowling ball of doom, that is. And actually, “knock” isn’t an appropriate...
Review Crazy Construction (3DS eShop)
More like Crazy FUN-struction
On the surface, Crazy Construction sounds like the epitome of shovelware; a generic puzzle game that slaps together tired ideas and a dash of zany alliteration to garner enough sales to crank out the next one. Take a closer look, however, and you’ll discover a cleverly designed arcade-style title that boasts a fun,...

News Undead Storm Nightmare Will Bring The Zombie Apocalypse to 3DS
A sequel to the terrific DSiWare action shooter
DSiWare brought us some terrific bite-sized games, and one of the stand-outs was GO Series: Undead Storm - essentially a mindless zombie-shooting action game from a top-down perspective, it included local multiplayer and seemed like a portable spin-off from the Left 4 Dead series. Fans of action games...
