I work at a Target and intend to collect all of the amiibos. Through my hunting I know how hot of a item they are for resellers and because of this factor I have told my electronics team to limit the rosalina amiibo to one per customer. They support this so hopfully people who legitimately want one can get one. Granted I only work for a single target so dont necessarily expect this at all of them most people are unfortunately clueless to how the amiibo are being abused.
