I’m not too surprised by this. When I did the transfer from 1 to 2 you HAD to use the official Nintendo usb-c cable from the box. As I just tried to use another cable and it froze and asked for the proper one.
Ahhhh I’d already uninverted the x axis. Like you say above. And now realise why the wind waker is all weird. Oh well camera changing is more important. The telescope is still inverted tho.
