Given that FO3 and NV are playable on Xbox Series consoles it wouldn't make much sense for them to release a remaster as a platform exclusive. If it's a full remake then maybe.
Given they likely want a quick cash-in we could be looking at a bare minimum remaster (get it working at 4k and call it a day) so we might well see a Switch 2 release.
However, Xbox hasn't been known for making sense lately so who knows.
